How long does a session take?
Most sessions run 3–5 minutes. Long enough to get through the full call arc — rapport, discovery, objection, close — short enough to fit before your first job of the day.
Does the AI actually understand what I say?
Yes. CloseCall uses large language model AI that processes what you actually say and responds contextually. If you say something great, the homeowner reacts to it. If you stumble, they react to that too.
Why does every session feel different even with the same settings?

Can my manager see my sessions?
On the Teams plan, yes — managers can see session counts, scores, and transcripts from the manager dashboard. On individual plans, your data is yours.
