Getting started

CloseCall is an AI-powered voice sales training app for home service technicians and customer-facing teams. You practice live voice conversations against AI homeowners who deliver realistic objections — price stalls, spouse-not-home scenarios, trust issues, and more. After every session you get an instant scorecard across five competencies so you know exactly what to work on before the next real call.

Pick your trade, role, and difficulty level. Then start the call — the AI responds in real time with realistic homeowner objections, just like a live customer would. When you wrap up the call, you get an instant scorecard that grades you on five competencies: Rapport, Needs Discovery, Objection Handling, Value Presentation, and Close Technique. Each category includes specific written feedback explaining what you did well and what to tighten up.

CloseCall covers six trades: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Pest Control, and Windows. Every scenario is built around the real objections specific to that trade — not generic sales scripts that don't fit the field.

CloseCall supports eight customer-facing roles: Technician, Flipping Tech, Selling Tech, Comfort Adviser, Installer, CSR, Dispatcher, and Inside Sales. Each role has scenarios built for the specific conversations they have every day — CSRs practice booking calls and handling complaints, Dispatchers practice delivering bad news without losing the customer, and Selling Techs practice the full in-home close.

Just a smartphone with a microphone. CloseCall is a web app — no download required. It works on iOS and Android browsers. A reasonably quiet environment helps, but techs use it from their trucks between real calls every day. Most sessions run about three minutes.

Over one million unique combinations. Every session randomizes a full stack of variables — the homeowner's profile, what happened before you got there, their emotional state, their financial situation, and mid-call curveballs. No two sessions are exactly the same, which is the point. Real homeowners don't follow a script and neither does CloseCall.

Billing and plans

There are three plans:

Lite — $29.99/month. Limited sessions per week across Easy and Medium difficulty. Great for techs who want to practice regularly across all six trades and eight roles.

Pro — $39.99/month. Unlimited sessions, all difficulty levels including Hard and Expert, and a full five-competency scorecard with written feedback after every call.

Teams — $49.99/seat/month (five-seat minimum). Everything in Pro, plus a manager dashboard at closecallpro.ai/dashboard with team-wide visibility, leaderboards, and coaching notes.

Yes. Every plan includes a three-day free trial. You will not be charged until after day three. You can cancel at any time before then and you will not be charged anything. No games.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no funny business.

We do not offer refunds on completed billing periods, but we do offer a three-day free trial on every plan precisely so you can try it before you pay. If you have an issue, email support@closecallpro.ai and we will work it out.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Teams and managers

The Teams plan gives every tech on your crew a full Pro account. You — the owner or service manager — get access to the manager dashboard at closecallpro.ai/dashboard. The dashboard shows every tech's session count, average score across all five competencies, training activity over time, and alerts when techs stop practicing. You can also leave private coaching notes that feed into the AI during that tech's sessions — the AI will naturally push harder on whatever you flag.

When you sign up for the Teams plan, a unique invite link is generated for your team. Share that link with your techs — they click it, create an account, and automatically join your team. No manual setup required. You can also add techs by email directly from the manager dashboard.

Yes. From the manager dashboard you can invite additional managers — service managers, CSR leads, or dispatchers — and give them dashboard access. They will see the same team data you do.

Yes. You can add or remove seats from the manager dashboard at any time. Billing updates automatically at the start of your next cycle. The minimum is five seats.

AI and voice quality

Very. Every session randomizes a complete homeowner profile — who they are, what happened before you got there, their emotional state, their financial situation, and mid-call curveballs. The difficulty level controls how hard they push back before they soften. Because all of these variables are different every time, no two sessions feel the same — just like real homeowners don't.

Yes. CloseCall uses large language model AI that processes what you actually say during the call and responds contextually — not from a fixed script. If you say something great, the homeowner reacts to it. If you stumble, they react to that too. The experience is as close to a real conversation as AI currently gets.

Session transcripts are stored to generate your scorecard, track your progress over time, and (for Teams plan) allow your manager to review sessions. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled and your rights around it.

Scoring and progress

After every session, CloseCall grades your call across five competencies: Rapport, Needs Discovery, Objection Handling, Value Presentation, and Close Technique. Each category gets a score out of ten with specific written feedback explaining what you did well and what to fix next time. You also get an overall grade (A through F) that factors all five competencies together.

The same principle that makes athletes better applies to sales: deliberate practice with feedback. If you do thirty sessions at Hard difficulty and get scored on your objection handling every time, you will handle objections differently in the field. The techs who get the most out of CloseCall are the ones who practice consistently — not just once and forget it.

Yes — Pro and Teams plans include a global leaderboard where you can see how your average score ranks against techs across the country. Teams plan also includes a private team leaderboard visible only to your crew and manager.
